Even giraffes are mindful!

Yesterday the Mindful Movers came to school for our second lesson this term. Mindfulness helps us keep calm and stay in our green brain. Here we are practising our mindfulness. We listen to the ding of the bell for as long as we can and concentrate on our breathing.

    We like the giraffe breathing in your blog post. We learned to breath in to calm ourselves. When we need to stay in our green brain we have a drink of water.
